I am mature, experienced, and passionate about helping others achieve their goals and live a healthier life. I also specialise in PT and nutrition for pre and post-natal women and seniors bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to every session with the client.
I am a certified personal trainer (Level 3 and 4) in addition to possessing 200h yoga teacher and CrossFit L1 Trainer qualifications.

Personal training sessions are carried out at Revo Fitness Claremont (3 Davies Road Claremont 6010), a world-class gym that is the perfect environment to get you the results you want. It’s an open-plan gym with a friendly welcoming vibe.
