My personal training philosophy is that when your body functions and feels well your mind will do the same. Motivation, encouragement, challenges and curiosity are what move both me and my clients forward, towards the better and happier versions of our selves.

Regular exercise and high quality nutrition improve your energy levels, making you happier and more confident in your own body. All vital ingredients for healthy, happy living!

When it comes to fitness and overall wellbeing, I feel that the primary goal is to find the true joy in exercising and both physically and mentally challenging oneself. It is equally important to keep setting achievable yet challenging goals such as building or toning muscles and maintaining a clean diet and healthy weight. I provide individual face-to-face training and nutrition guidance to help you to achieve your personal goals.

ABOUT ME

I was born in Helsinki, Finland and that’s where I have lived for most of my life. Prior to pursuing a full-time career as a personal trainer I spent 10 years in the advertising industry in one of Helsinki’s most successful media agencies.

I moved to Perth in 2014.

I enjoy yoga and long walks in the nature, as well as CrossFit and weightlifting.

As a coach, I specialize in functional training that prepares your body for the everyday movements you come across and motivate you to do more with your life. Among weight and strength training, functional training is a vital part of a long happy and physically independent life – good to consider if you are 50+.

My IFBB Bikini Fitness competition background has had its influence on my high interest in nutrition, lean muscle building, body toning and weight loss. If you are after any of these you will hear me preaching about how the “six-packs are made in kitchen” – I’m determined and absolutely confident that my clients will achieve their goals with me.

After all, my interest is to get results for my clients no matter what the goal is and how hard it might be. All of my programs and plans are highly result based. All I need is your commitment.
