I am passionate about women’s health. Especially when we reach that magical age where what has been working for us may not work so well anymore. Change is needed but we all know how difficult that can be. I have worked with several perimenopausal women, and I am absolutely convincedthat this stage of life is absolutely nothing that can’t be addressed and alleviated by making slight changes in diet, training regime and self-care procedures. While HRT (hormonal replacement therapy) has its place in the options that can help relieve the symptoms, there are a whole lot of natural ways that will not just address the symptoms but will also improve your overall health, wellness AND fitness. While it is normal and all women without an exception will go through it my approach to this stage of life is not to hide or put your life on hold but to EMBRACE THE CHANGE.
